Los almendros was built in 2010 by a family of Developers that have been in Sayulita since 1983. The Moller and Fernandez Family both developed and now manage, Las Gemelas, Los Defines, Las Hamacas and Casa Blanca.
Each villa is thoughtfully designed with warm, inviting decor and all the amenities you need to feel right at home.

At Los Almendros one of our best features is OUR LOCATION, we are surrounded by beautiful homes in the quiet & clean North End Neighborhood that is only a short 7 block leveled stroll from town (no hills). We are close to everything you want, but peacefully tucked away from the hustle and bustle of town. All villas, within their secure walled oasis, have 2 or more spacious balconies. While some villas have views of the lush jungle, others overlook the pool or the ocean with is spectacular sunsets.
The Beach is only 3 blocks away and is very easy to get to. This part of the beach is equally as convenient as Our Location. Clean, rockless, swimmable and not crowded, its close enough to walk into the main beach yet far away enough to have your own space. Its a swim friendly stretch of beach in Sayulita, you are not in the way of any surfers but if you did want to surf its only 100 meters away.
